What would it cost you to employ a marketing team?
Tick the roles you would need on your own payroll. We show what those people really cost, then put our monthly retainer next to it so you can compare like with like.
The big figure below is not our price. It is what it would cost you to employ these people directly. Our retainer is the smaller figure in the yellow panel.
Salaries shown are mid-range UK figures for these roles outside London. Tell us yours on a call and we will run it against your actual payroll.

Our assumptions, in the open.
Employer National Insurance is 15% on earnings above the £5,000 secondary threshold, the 2025/26 rates which are held until April 2028. The £10,500 Employment Allowance is deducted only if these would be your first employees, because a business that already has staff has normally used it already. Pension is the 3% employer minimum on qualifying earnings between £6,240 and £50,270. Equipment is annualised over three years. Recruitment is estimated at 18% of salary in the first year only.
What we have not counted.
Management time, sick cover, and the months a vacancy sits open. Nor the 5.6 weeks of statutory holiday each person takes, which is roughly a tenth of the year when that role produces nothing. The real gap is wider than the number above.

We will look at what you have, tell you who is actually buying from you and why, and hand you a plan. Yours to keep either way.
